I am winding up my first year here and it has been a great place to live.

The price is great compared to everything else in the area, and the location is perfect...close to all major freeway's. It's very easy to get all around Detroit and suburbs from here.

Since I moved in there have been continuous improvements from a new intercom door system, to new landscaping, new mailboxes, and resurfacing the parking lot.

The structure is pretty sound, and I rarely heard noise from neighboring apartments. I had a couple maintenance requests, and they were quick to respond. The office is open every day, which is also a great convenience.

This is probably the best value in the area.
