I agree with most of you about this place. Ya it's in a nice location, but if you're looking for an affordable classy place then this is not the place for you. Alot of homeless people around the area since it's olnly a few miles from Pontiac. It almost seems like the maintenence crew likes to help themselves to your home when you're not at home. They come in and you will notice someone has been there. If you're 10 minutes late with rent, watch out because a court order has already beed issued! Boy am I glad I'm almost outta here.
