I don't care WHAT those two prior writers have to say - THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. PERIOD. As to the one that wrote the water "smells like poo" if you get to close - doesn't THAT comment speak volumes'''!! Coming home to find a S.W.A.T. Team surrounding your building is NOT a "normal police presence"!!!! LOOK AROUND YOU - THERE IS GANG ACTIVITY EVERYWHERE - DO NOT MOVE HERE.
