I lived here for 2 years and never had any problems with management or getting things fixed. My neighbors were quiet and friendly. I didn't see a lot of what others posted. However, I just moved out in August and after a fiasco figuring out *how* to move out (they said just hand in my keys.. I didn't have to sign anything) I got blindsided with repair bills. The security deposit when I moved in was only $99.. but somehow the defective tub I had (which was always failing to drain properly so it had a mildew problem that resisted every type of cleaner I tried, and started to flake off) needed to be reglazed and stripped at MY expense ($165).. ALSO the counter tops are prone to stains (being white and cheap material) and a loaf of bread I left there transferred the ink to the counter top ($90).. all in all they charged me $161 OVER my deposit to fix these things. In addition to NOT paying me back the 5 days of rent I was owed for moving out early. I would suggest not living here unless you're prepared to pay enormous amounts for small damages. I mean.. people at other places kick holes in the wall and they don't get charged anything. Watch out!

Great. I just moved out and experienced these EXACT same issues except that they told me they'd reglazed my tub for free...but then they said we had to leave the apartment for two days (and so did my cat). That never happened so hopefully we will not be charged. I had the exact same problem with the loaf of bread and also because I spilled spaghetti sauce. I wiped it up immediately and it still stained. It's like I wrote this review myself.
