I didn't really mind my stay here. I never had really any major problem with this place at all. A couple things were broke along the way like the darn toilet handle but they fixed it amongst other things. The people that work there were ALWAYS friendly to me. I had one of the handy guys living in my building who was a cool guy and always asked how I was and stuff. I know it might not sound like a big deal to some but it's nice being treated well like that.

I was never home a lot so I guess I never had to really deal with a lot of the problems some people did. There were however a lot of police in and throughout the complex. That's more of a double edge sword as it makes you feel safe but then you also wonder why they are there so much.

People in my building were always friendly. Lived across the hall from two cute girls. That's always a plus in my book. Kids in and around the complex did get irritating at points but then again they are kids and I live in a apartment complex so you kind of have to expect that.

Being near a wooded area I did have some bug problems. I had the garden level so they would find there way in easier. But they sprayed for me a couple times and again it's something you should expect in apartments.

I did however find one problem that got to me. They decided to do construction on all the walkways to the apartments. The problem is they didn't tell anyone. But they did say sorry and gave an explanation why.

The price is right for the apartments and I would recommend this place to others.
