When we were interested in moving in we asked how much it would be to live here for two bedrooms. They told us it would be $720. Our parents went the next day to see how much it would be for a two bedroom also. They gave them the same information they told us but... they were only going to charge them $650. They are such a rip off and the staff is rude. They told us that maintenence were going to have our tile grouted. It has been 9 months and they still have not done this. Maintenence is horrible. Don't live here.

We have never had 2 bedrooms as low as $650 maybe your parents inquired about a 1 Bedroom as well as a 2 bedroom. We did have 1 bedrooms at $650 for awhile. As far as the grout, I would love for you to give the property manager a call. She is very good at handling issues that haven't been taken care of.
