Although I agree with some of the people who said that maintence is lacking (my shower NEVER worked properly in the three years I lived there and I had various leaks in my bathroom and the living room) I think that the staff was very nice...until we gave our notice to move out. Even though we had a parking permit they towed my husband's car because he had forgotten to renew the tabs...we did not drive the vehicle regularly and it just slipped his mind. Although they had all of our contact information they never bothered to give us the courtesy of a phone call. The vehicle was towed and the maintenence man my husband spoke to could not have been more rude. My husband also called the management company who laughed at him when he said he wanted to speak to a supervisor...no one EVER called him back. It cost us over $300 to get the car out.

When I turned in my keys I the woman in the office was on the phone on a personal phone call. She put the phone on her shoulder and I told her I was turning in my keys. She asked what apartment and after I told her she said "you're all set." I asked for a receipt, she said she didn't have one, I told her my concerns about not having anything in writing again, and she promptly snapped, "I don't have ANYTHING to give you." As it turns out, we completely forgot to turn in our parking permits and had to drive back over there later that day to turn them in. If the woman could have been bothered to get off her personal phone calls she would have realized I was not "all set" and that I was missing something.

These people do not care about the residents. I lived there with my now husband for three years before we bought a house. We paid our rent on time every month. We both hold great jobs and were very quiet. We were perfect residents. Up until move out I would have given a good review and recommendations for people looking for an apartment but now they have sincerely ruined all good feelings I had about the complex and management. How disappointing.
