Everything was great up until it was time to move out. The 31st of the month fell on a Saturday, which was our moving day. I spoke with the office to work out an arrangement so that I could move over the weekend and turn my keys in on Monday, which was the 2nd of a new month. I did that and thought that everything was taken care of. Then, 6 months later, I received a letter stating that I owed for last months rent (the 2 days past my last month) and that they would send it to collections unless they received a written response from me. The response date was a week AFTER I got the letter in the mail. I responded right away, explaining my situation at the time, but never got any response. Now it is 1 year later and I just pulled my credit report to take a look. I got a nasty surprise showing that I had a collection agency on there for that last months rent. Even though I have paid the money (because nobody from Mark Management has returned my calls) it still shows up on my credit report and makes me look like a bad renter. I would NOT recommend anyone moving in. If you do, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing so that you have documentation. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
