Contrary to what people have been saying about the maintenance crew at this apartment complex, I had a good experience with them. The garbage disposal went out a couple of times and they fixed it within the same day. It was a quiet place to live. There isn't much around as far as bars, nice restaurants, etc. You will have to drive at least 20 min. to go out on the town.

There are a couple of things that you need to be aware before moving in.

1. Since the mail boxes are located in a central location, in the winter time, the mailbox lock 'froze' and I couldn't open my mailbox. This happened quite a few times and there was 'nothing the apartment complex can do'. That was a pain since I had to pay bills...thank goodness for the internet.
2. During the winter time, the parking lot is split, you can park on the left and on the right. They only shoveled the side that is furthest away from the apartment buildings, even then, they wouldn't shovel the parking lot all the way. It was such a pain, especially, since last winter it snowed A LOT.
3. Don't expect to get your security deposit back OR your deposit from your gym key...if you opt to get a gym key. When I moved out they charged me to 'reglaze the kitchen counter tops'. The cost was conveniently the price of my security deposit plus my gym key deposit.

I would not recommend living here. They seem to be very fake, if it weren't for the shadiness I encountered while moving out, I would give the apartment complex a C...it was just an average place to live.

They also charged me to reglaze the countertops, I would fight it if I were you.
