I would agree with the other ratings in general, I would add that I probably lived longer in the complex, and paid my rent always on time, but was met with the same rudness when I left, that everybody else seems to have gotten.
I recommended this place to my friends, all of which, met the same rudness of the staff when they left, and two of them left because of security concerns, one of them actually got his apartment broken into, and lots of his valubles were stolen.
The management did the same thing that another reviewer mentioned, and that is to try to make me pay to fix things, that are reglular wear, and tear, or even things, that I mentioned in my inventory list that they are broken when I moved in 8 years ago.
Worst part is when I moved out, I was going on a month by month basis, now that my contract expired,I gave them a notice which was less than the 30 days required by the contract I originally siged, the staff in the office was very rud about it.
One of my friends who lived in the area told me later that he was interested in the apartment, and he applied to it, and paid the application fees, and what ever payment they asked him to pay, he told me later, that the management took his non refundable money, when he changed his mind, and few months later they sent me a bill for that extra month rent.
Every time I sent them a letter to tell them that I do not owe them money, they would respond by threatening to sent it to collection, which two years later upon checking my credit report I noted that they sent it to a collection agency, that never contacted me for two year, and now they decided to send it to the credit report.
I strongly advice against using this place or any other bussiness that Mark Managenet is running.
