I have been a resident here for a year and I'm gladly on my way out. The staff is so incompetent. The new resident manager, Scott, is a joke. The front office leasing assistant, Sarah, is the worst leasing assistant I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The apartments are large is size but not well-maintained. The maintenance people are slow. You have to almost debate a case to get some routine things replaced. The Glens has potential with better management and better office staff. But as it stands, steer clear!!!
