I have found that you must speak to one person at the office. The girl that is usually there seems to know what is going on. I have found that she does what she can but without the proper support aka maint. its useless. Once I moved in and everything was said and done i have really like my apartment. My neighbors are friendly and all have lived here for many years. The grounds usually look good. Overall good deal for price and location, plus i get a garage. Staff is good as long as you don't expect the manager to do anything.
