I've been in a 1-bedroom here for the past two years, and plan to renew my lease. The apartment is big, with lots of storage and a newer kitchen. There are plenty of places to walk my dog, and residents are mostly professional people.

Maintenance is responsive, and the front office efficient. Buildings are small - only 4 apartments in mine, which is nice. The complex is older, but well-kept, and has a rustic kind of beauty. Best of all - your heat and water is included in the rent!
