I lived here for four years and thought it was great. My carport was close to my place. My neighbors were pretty quiet. Utilities were inexpensive and whenever I had a problem they fixed it right away. Washer and drier were in a room outside my place so that was handy. I even had parking for a second car. My apartment was spacious, too. Can't beat the price. I would, however, recommend getting your place AWAY from the highway. The noise on the main thoroughfare there is pretty constant well into the night. You may get used to it, you may not. An apartment facing away from the road should solve it.
I'd definitely rent there again, no question. I only moved to move out of state.
I was there under the old management and they were always friendly and nice. I can't imagine someone not liking this place. The properties are older than some but I thought they were homey. Large bedroom for the price.
