It was interesting to see the latest comment on here regarding the staff at Preston Pointe. You are completely correct... they appear to be these smiling, friendly faces, but if you go to them with an issue, they put the corporate office between you and them. They are rude, not customer friendly at all, unless you are friends with them (ie. hanging out with them around their office gossiping)! The lease agreement states that "minors are not allowed into the pool area without a parent". However, all summer long there are several children who swim in the pool without a parent or adult. When asked why they are there with no parent one of the kids said "my mom is friends with Isa the Manager and she said she would watch us out of her office window"! Appalling and I'm sure illegal! These same children run around the complex unattended, some kids as young as 10 years old wearing a house key around their neck (parents are not home).

So if you plan on moving here, you better kiss-up to the fake management staff if you want special priveleges!

I see that you've rated the noise level a 2. Would you mention something about what you can hear when you're inside of the apartment? Do you live on a first floor or second? What what you hear from your neighbors above/below/to the sides of your apartment? How are the utility bills? How is the construction in regards to drafts within the apartment? How are the washers/dryers in the common area? Do you have your own washer dryer? If there are problems with the apartment staff, why doesn't someone contact the management company (especially if there are illegal things going on)? Thanks in advance for any information.

Thank you for your answers, I've been waiting for someone to talk about specifics of this complex. Do you have a one or two bedroom apartment? Wow, I'm surprised about the utilities, because with heat raising, second floor apartments usually are warmer. That's a bummer, but I'm so glad to know about this now (before making a mistake). Thanks again!! You must have moved out then?

I lived in a upstairs apartment and The people below us were vey quiet people. BUt the parking lot always had People with their raidios turned up. Kinda a trashy place to live... The washer and dryer situation is a joke they never seem to work Im not kidding... The Utility bills are the higher there than anywhere Ive ever live sometimes up to 300 a month and I lived alone...
