The rent is very reasonable for what you get. They offer free heat (at least while I was there). The front office people are great to work with - A customer service. They even gave us Christmas cookies!

I had to call maintenance twice, once for a clogged garbage disposal and once for a phone jack that wasn't working - both were fixed within a couple hours. The grounds are well kept also.

The building is older, made of brick and full frame. Because of this, I hear no neighbor noise in my apartment except for pipe/water noise when the neighbors are using the bathroom. I never hear tv's or stereos or kids.

When I moved in, the apartment was freshly renovated. Brand new carpet, newer tile cabinets, a new stove and newer washer / dryer.

I really can't say enough nice things about this place. It's been great in every way.
