I was told on two occasions that in my special circumstance I would not have to have a 30 day notice to move out. However after I moved out with a few days notice, in writing, I was still billed for an extra 30 days rent. I called to resolve the matter and was basicly told my tuff luck. No matter what they tell you in the office don't believe them. The deliberatly said anything to rent the apartment then after they got the money, did as they pleased.
