I have lived in Boulder Creek for almost a year now. And I have had no problems. Well, the normal loud children in the halls but nothing serious. they do have smoke detectors that DO work and they them test the often. If you need something fixed or new they send a guy over within 24-48 hours. The apartments are spacious and open. I recommend it for first timers, if you have children I would recommend someplace else. Teenagers and college students live there and like to have there parties. But, it's not too bad.
