I lived here almost a year, and every since the 2nd day, I had a horrible odor in there. It would only come out at night time. It smelt very earthy, and it was just sickening. Maintence came out 3-4 times and could not find anything, I really think it was under the carpet or in the walls or something. Management was very unpleasant to deal with. She is just not a people person at all, very rude, and snotty. And really could care less about your apartment having a bad odor, and often yelled at tentants who came to the office. On top of that our hot water kept going out in the whole building, twice we had no hot water for four days. I have never lived like that in my life. The door was very thin and could eassily be broken into. Just a very scary place to live. And in the winter, Mgt took it upon herself to add an additional 20/mo for Gas Bills, when heat is suppose to be covered. Oh yeah they had the heat set to 70 degrees so you could never turn it up in the Winter. So horrible, Im just happy i hurried up and got out of there. I advise anyone thats thinking of moving here, to think twice please. You truly get what you pay for here :(

First of all, noboby can control your heat but you. Every one has there own thermostat. Your door was replaced with a new door as soon as mamangement was notified of your door being bad. The water was a bolier problem and it happened in the middle of the summer, management can't help it they had to wait 2 days for a part, but it was replaced as soon as it came in. The oder problem was gone as soon as you moved out. The new residnets don't seem to have an oder problem. Management has to deal with alot of residnets and residents don't think twice about coming into the office being rude to them. Would you take that? The 20 dollars was the owners doing and the manager just inforced it. You can thank our wonderful gas prices for that, not the manager. What you failed to mention in your ad was how the managment asked you to leave. The managemnet even gave you back your deposit to leave. Didn't mention that part did you? Now, before you go and post something on the internet that is false you probably should of gathered the facts. You do realize it is against the law to slander someone or somebody.
