So far I have lived at kings lane for almost 6 months and the apartments are alright to me. They tow your car if it doesn't work and you're not even allowed to fix or wash your car on the lot! Also, my stove didn't work when i first moved in and i asked someone to come fix it and it still only works sometimes. The Flint area around the actual apartments is kind of dull- you have to drive a little ways to find stuff like shopping malls and resturaunts. But other than that, I'd say it's okay. Frankly, I'm a little more excited about moving to East Lansing next year, but hey, what do I know' This is only one single opinion...
