I have resided at Kings Lane since Jan 2004 the people who used to manage the office were kind and helpful and above all never rude to the tenants,especially the manager at the time. In Dec of 2004 a new owner came in with big promises and a new manager they fired most of the caring staff and worked the rest to death, they brought this rude foul-mouth blond who is suppost to be a property manager. She should have the occupancy of this apartment complex completely empty by the end of 2005. Look for a kinder manager to rent from.I have givin my 30 day notice and will be moving to MAPLEBROOK the manager is nicer there.
