I have been at Kings Lane for many years. It has always been loud with many apartments going to relatives or friends. This results in 4 and 5 apartment parties going on several days a week. They are uncaring. It's just a party place for them.
Now, Kings Lane is going to low income, state subsidized housing. There are many of us who have been loyal tennants for years that have to move because we make too much money. And when we were told that we had to leave we didn't get a "sorry" or "thanks for the years of loyal service". Instead we were told that we have 3 months to move. What a slap in the face.
