If you think Kingslane has improved think again. I am currently a resident here at KL and I'm here to let you know if you like quiet this is not the place to live. The children ring your door bell and run they do this all the time. I work third shift, so this really pisses me off because I'm trying to sleep not get woke up from somebodies bad ass kid. The maintenance sucks, when i moved in my sockets were left open with wires out(unscrewed to the wall),walls half painted, when you try to walk up the steps the children block the stair way and won't move to let you through. The offie staff are bothersome(i was one day late on my rent because i woke up late on the due date) so i paid it the next day but before i made it to the office i receiced a call about having a late fee if not paid in five days. Any way the only reason I'm still here is because I don't want to break my lease, after March 1st see-ya!!!!

I understand what you mean about people and their bad kids.I can hardly get any sleep. Most of the time i get off late, so in the morning i might want to sleep in. Not. The people above me are always into something. I can hear everyhthing that goes on above me.I'm sorry but i dont think that apartmenet living is for children. I live alone and i can't stand all the noise I can hear.My only reason of being here is because i dont want to break my lease, but after its over im moving. I should of listened to a previous tenant who told me not to move here.Stupid me, now I regret the decision i made because I am very unhappy. The walls are paper thin, I shouldnt be able to hear the people above me having sex. It makes me feel a bit uncomfortable.

I agree with you that this place sucks to live in. Walls are paper thin, I hear my upstair neighbors having sex all the time. Their young child wakes up atleast every night and it wakes me up. Management sucks. It seems like their only job is to get people in and once you're in, you're on your own and they don't do anything to help you when you have problems. Thankfully I live on the end so I don't have to hear too many people but I'm so close to Camden that everytime I open my windows to let fresh air in, I'm letting in all the pollution and noise. On that note there is no ventilation and air circulation but only through the windows being opened. Every morning I wake up I have sinus congestion no matter how much I clean or if I have a humidifier running. It makes no difference. In the winter, when the heat kicks on it makes such a banging noise that it wakes me up everytime. When it first started to get cold in the fall, my heat wasn't working at all. I literally called all day and told the office girl who said that she told the maintenance men about my problem. It took them eight hours to finally come in and turn on a simple switch after I told them I had an infant in here. This summer when I wanted to use the pool with my 11yr. old son, he was so disappointed and upset because no one can have any toy, floatation device, anything except your person can be in the pool. Like children just want to sit in the pool and look at each other. No wonder why no one uses the pool even on the hottest of days. This place really sucks!!!!!!
