What can I say' Nothing but this...apartment...is...F***.
Lets start with the Pros:
The apartment on the outside looks nice. On the inside looks great. My apartment came with all new stuff like a new stove, microwave, etc..There's usually somewhere to park if you have a car, and the grounds are kept up. Such as not a lot of trash on the ground. The staff is pretty nice and sometimes helpful. Well that's it.
Now for the Cons:
My biggest problem with this place is the sound and disrespectful people. The walls are paper thin...no..it's safe to say paper is more soundproof than this piece of crap. You can hear damn near EVERYTHING your neighbor does or says. Music is a big problem. Any amount of bass can be heard and if to loud it vibrates your floor..no joke. Someone slams a door...you hear and feel it. Someone drops somethings..you hear and feel it. So don't talk loud on the phone if you don't want your business heard. You can hear through the vents very well.
Disrespectful neighbors who plays their music loud even though they know everyone can hear it. Loud neighbors across the way. People blasting their music in their cars which shakes your apartment. Bad ass kids who likes to stare into your place. I see why a lot of people have their blinds closed. Some people like looking in when walking by. Now I have to sit with no sunlight due to that. (People looking in is a good way for you to get robbed. Due to they know what stuff you got.)
Want to report someone for disturbing the peace' Go right ahead. They'll just send out multiple warnings and leave it at that. Then you got some neighbors who like to fight outside or start arguments. Now maybe this is just in the area I'm in. Maybe you won't get this problem when you move here. All I know is, when my lease is up, I'm out this s*** hole. I would say Hell is a better place to live than here. $425 is to much damn money for rent when you have crappy ass neighbors and crappy walls and floors.

i thought i was the only one who thought this also. i mananged to stay 2 years but i am out this year. i have had it my self. everything you said is so true and that is sad. too much goes on out here. the cops have started coming out here already. just wait until july you haven't seen nothing yet. i placed a cmpliant about my neighbor and her music and i have been a b$#&* every since. disrespectful doesn't describe it out here out. it is OUT OF CONTROL and that is putting it nicely. i pay more for my rent and if i am going to pay that much i will go somewhere else and struggle.
