DONT RECOMMEND! - I stayed at Boulder Creek for One Year right after I graduated High School and moved out of my parents house. Scared...worried...and unhappy renter So far my apartments been broke into and an 8 year old boy was shot at 620 am on a school day. The tenates play loud music all hours of the night and try and sell drugs to all my vistors. I heard the new management cleaned the place up glad i didnt live here

I will actually miss Boulder Creek. The apartments are spacious and staff is very nice. I actually had my son there for the 1st 9 mths of his life and my neighbors and i we very close. The noise can get crazy at times but they were all very respectful of you. The maintence is on call 24 hrs a day

I have lived in Boulder Creek for almost a year now. And I have had no problems. Well, the normal loud children in the halls but nothing serious. they do have smoke detectors that DO work and they them test the often. If you need something fixed or new they send a guy over within 24-48 hours.

WAY overpriced The new apartment was nice. The carpet is junk, the appliances are cheap, maintenance never comes, the doorknobs fall off, the walls are paper thin, the parking is terrible, the gates never work, the office staff is INCREDIBLY rude, the snow removal
