Happy No Longer

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
 
We moved in in 97 and were very happy. Over the last couple of years the type of residents moving in has made living here not enjoyable. Loud music all the time and trash left around the grounds. The staff dose a good job of keeping it clean and trying to contol the noise, but only so much they can do.
