I've lived here since 2003 and am only moving for my job. This is a pretty nice place and a good deal too. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment is very convenient. I don't think I've heard a peep out of my neighbors in 18 months. I've had to call maintenance twice and both times they were there almost as soon as I hung up the phone. In fact, I had to call just yesterday about my lock on my door and not only did they fix it 10 minutes after I called, today someone called me back to make sure everything had been fixed and was working. The parking in the building I'm in isn't particularly great though, I have no choice but to pay $22 extra for a carport so I have a place to park every night. However, much of that is just that the particular building I live in doesn't have as many spaces as some others. The grounds are clean and well lit. All of the balconies have a view of a golf course or pond (as opposed to a parking lot). Overall I've had a good experience here.
