Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
One specific maintenance person will harrass people he doesn't like, but management does nothing about it. Management difficult to deal with. Apartment itself is decent. But if you get a bad neighbor, be prepared to have to deal with a lot of crap from the office.
