Alright for a short term fix...

The floors are paper thin. You can hear every single thing your neighbor upstairs does. The bedrooms are right next to the stairs, so you can hear everyone going up and down the stairs, and they are not quiet! The sidewalks aren't salted properly and plowing doesn't do a very good job. The office people are nice. Appliances are outdated.
