Going downhill One specific maintenance person will harrass people he doesn't like, but management does nothing about it. Management difficult to deal with. Apartment itself is decent. But if you get a bad neighbor, be prepared to have to deal with a lot of crap from the office.

meh.. these apartments dont stand out to me at all. I would say if your just starting out go for it but to me they are just too dark with only one window and a slider. Things are a little outdated and need a new lift.

Move here...you will not regret it !!!! Everything seems new and nice...nothing old or trashy at all at Byron Lakes! Quiet and safe. Maintnance was always there asap when needed. Friendly staff. When I moved in my apartment was cleaned so good and I had new carpet...also everything in my apartment

Just Ok Lived here since 2000-2004. Nothing spectacular. Geez now that I think of it that might be the best part of it, it´s just normal. If you don´t expect much for the money then this place is great.
