I moved here in December 2003. Excellent staff, easy move-in, very flexible. The apartment is awesome. 3 bedrooms, 2 stall garage, full of appliances, private entrance. Dogs are welcome for extra fee. Everything is brand new. Buildings are of concrete construction, so noise is minimized (not obliterated). Decorating the place may not matter to you, but if it does...painting is ok, but you'll need special equipment to hang things on the concrete walls. I like it & plan on staying for a while!
