A Wonderful Place to Call Home...

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I've just renewed my lease to stay for yet another year at Fieldstone Apartments. These apartments are really great! From the LOW utility cost, awesome enclosed garages with INTERNAL private stairs/entrance to your own apartment to the wonderful front of office staff, Candice, this is really a community to call home. It's really nice to have the "gate" at the front of the community to keep out the public, ok it's not a huge gate, but it is nice and makes it feel like we're in a really ritsy area. My gas bill for the pass 5 months has been at 8.50. Electric is closer to 30. No sewar or water bills as they are included in rent. Almost 90% of the time the noise level is really quiet. You can hear the neighbors garage door, if you have a 2nd level apartment, or sometimes an excited dog barking when its family is home, but that's about it as far as noise. If there's a problem, Candice is on it right away as there are general courtesy hours each day/night and most folks are really respectful of those hours. The concrete, yes concrete, walls took some getting used to, creative decorating is a must here, but it's SO worth it for limiting outside noise and keeping heat/cold in during the respective months so utilities are usually low. Lots of closests and extra space in the garage is great. I jabber about Fieldstone to folks at work when the topic of great apartments is on the table as it's really true. The demographic here is great as well. Quiet mature adults rule the land. NO riff raff, college parties or disrepectful kids are tolerated. The staff has a great screening process and also the high rent, it is high I admit it but so worth it, keep that element out. Thanks!
