Okay, with lots of storage- far too expensive.

We moved here specifically because of the extra storage space provided by the included garage. The rent here is ridiculously high in comparison for what you get. The sinks in the kitchen don't have garbage disposals (really, how much money did that save you'), the kitchens have carpet, the windows are drafty, and they claim that the concrete buildings help with your heating and electric bills, and when we moved in in the summer, we didn't have to turn the air on at all. However, once it was consistently hot for multiple days in a row, the apartment was miserably hot and we had to run the a/c 24/7. Same problem in the winter, it was fine at first without the heat running, and now we have to run the heat constantly really high to keep warm.
My main problem is the NOISE. We lived in one apartment that I heard the neighbor constantly screaming and fighting with her boyfriend/husband, then they took it out into the parking lot in front of the building. At 3 AM. This happened twice. Then there were the fireworks being shot off at 2 AM, and now I live in a different apartment in the same complex above someone who leaves their alarm set and then leaves the apartment. They say the concrete helps with noise, but it doesn't seem to do anything for me.
Overall, its okay, the office staff is nice, but besides the garage the apartments aren't really anything to write home about.
