I lived here for close to a year in 08 and never once had a problem. Neighbors were quiet and friendly, landscaping was decent, and rent was affordable. The inside of my apt was pretty nice. The staff was pretty reliable too. If i wouldnt had to have moved for my job id probably still be living there now.
