I have lived at Autumn Ridge for less than 5 months and I am breaking my lease to move. Renters beware. The bug problem is out of control as soon as it gets warm, and the maitenence is horrible at servicing anything. The walls are very thin, and you can hear EVERYTHING. And it is right next to the expressway, which means through the poorly insulated walls you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of traffic whizzing by. As for the neighbors, consideration for others is not high on the list. THe rent price is not worth it. Oh, and if you are thinking about renting here and your credit is anything but perfect, really forget it. THey do not accept co-signers, so I know some people who hae lost $100.00 in app. fees by applying and getting rejected. Then going somewhere much nicer and having no problem applying. Bottom line do not get fooled by the leasing agent like I did, go somewhere else and get what you are paying for.
