Low cost if you can put up with the problems

Years at this apartment: 1995 - 1996
The good things about this complex:
Near asphalted walking/hiking trail
Reasonable rent
Accepts pets
Washer/Dryer hookup
Bad things to know about:
Noisy neighbors/thin walls
Broken entry door to building called in several times and never fixed correctly.
Bugs (I won't elaborate - you figure it out)
Water made high pitched screaming sound when you turned it on in the bathroom. I guess that encouraged short showers just to turn the darn water off.
Some residents of much lower income / minority types that don't care about other's rights or just plain manners.
