I use to work for the company. This was a very pleasant place to work. However, the
maintenace manager doesnt know how to talk to
woman who work there or live there. I had several complaints that were of a derogatory manner. If it had not been for me covering up for the manager it could have been ugly. I
got tired of the crap. I had to go. I ran into one of the residents who still lives there and she had informed me that she could not understand why I had not been placed in management. I explained that the manager was one of the highest paid employees and they had to come up with a way to explain his salary. His is now in charge of the maintenance staff and the office. He has no people skills and like I said is very degrading to women. There are two lawsuits that I know of that are currently in place one is for racial discrimination and the other is sexual harrassment. Believe me all of that is taking place. The managers son was even sleeping in vacant units when his dad was away. The lie was covered up, I dont know about you but I dont want to rent a place where a managers son has complete run of the community. He can come and go in any of the apartments he wants. He has access to all of the keys. The bug problem it true and raid is not the answer. The water issue is bad plumbing and the roofs are in dyer need of replacing. All they do is lay shingle of bad wood that is rotting under it. and the security doors that word cant be used per company policy, they are privacy doors. Whatever, I was uncomfortable working until 9 pm knowing that know sex offenders living there and people who are considered to be harmful are living there and I have no one working with me. I loved my job and the people I came in contact with. Most of the employees were even great, however, unless you like being talked to like @#!* and left in an office in the evenings by yourself with no-one to know where you are until morning when someone comes in to find that the i.d. is still there but you never came back. Sorry, but my safety meant more to me than that. I hope everone there is safe and enjoying there living arrangement because you are not safe and your home is not being kept up the way it should be and renters insurace does not cover everything and just remember you have to pay the deductible..... Thanks for reading and again I am not ragging on the place I use to work because I am a disgruntled employee I was not. I am writing this because the renter needs to know that this place has a lot of issues employee and otherwise....

I remember when I lived there that some of the people had roofs leaking very bad due to some heavy snow we received. Luckily my apartment was not one of them. I saw some questionable people around there myself while living there.
