Autumn Ridge

 

I lived at Autumn Ridge for 2 years.

When we moved in, the place was emaculate.

Patty (in the office) was a doll.

Very helpful, considerate and knowledgable.

The approval process and move-in process was easy.

The price was good too.

1000 square feet, 2 bedroom for $805 p/month.

NOT BAD! The freeway is loud, even with windows closed.

The pool area is so nice! At the end of our stay there, it seems that they had gotten a little lax on their qualifying...I noticed more we'll say "lower income" families moving in, though.

Lots of dirty men around the pool, annoying when you're trying to just relax with your frineds.

my only real complaints are A) Our rent (which was dropped into their drop box once AND HANDED to the property manager once) was LOST BY THE OFFICE.

Our move-in check-in list (listing damages caused before us) was OOPS conveniently lost by them.

This sucked because we had nothing on file to dispute any of the millions of $$ in damages that they charged us at move-out.

They charged us for removal of the carpet...as I am sure they do everyone (beware) TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU MOVE-OUT!!! Regardless of the condition! We had pictures, disputed the charges in WRITING within 30 days of move-out.

They failed to respond back to us in a timely manner which then in turn awarded us DOUBLE our secutity deposit.

My only other complaint, was that one day I called in a maintenance request, which was for them to re-install our dryer vent.

I came home that night to find a maintenance mans notebook and pen ON MY BED! What was he doing ON MY BED, when I asked them to come out for the dryer' The laundry room was all the way down the hall from my room''!! Be present if you ever have any work done!
