I have lived at these apts for 2 years and have had NO problem with anything.

My only compliant would be my neighboors and their barking dogs.

But hey no matter where you live you have to deal with pets and neighboors or some sort.

My expierence with the maintaince dept and with the office has been nothing but pleasant.

I think that the grounds and pool is kept up extremely nice.

I have NEVER had problem with bug either....hmm maybe its just the tenants'' I came to these apts from a place in westland that didnt care about any of these things, so maybe I am grateful for the way management keeps the grounds and the apts maintained....

I would recommend these apts to alot of ppl.

I agree with your assessment. I had a minor bug problem but it was manageable.
