I've lived here for a month. So far I'm very happy with the place. It's a nice apartment and I feel safe here. I haven't seen any shady neighbors, nothing in the apartment has broken or needed maintenance up to this point. I have a washer and dryer in my unit and a dishwasher that all work like brand new. The shower is impressive too. First apartment shower I've seen that keeps consistent water pressure and temperature while other people in the building run water. You can definitely hear the trafic from 275. I don't notice it anymore, so you do get used to it. The walls could be thicker, I haven't heard much from other apartments, just mostly doors when people come and go. I think it's a good find in the area, but like I said, it's only been a month. I will come back and change my rating if my experience changes.
