Good and Bad

I moved in here with my fiance last year and it was very nice 2 bed 1 bath.

every time we had a problem maintence came right out to fix it, nice guys.

Our balcony was in very bad shape, every time I went out there I got a splinter or found a nail that had come up.

Noise is also a big problem, the walls are very thin.

with many kids at this complex it tends to get loud.

I loved all my neighbors and the NEW managment is great.

Now the bad is that this complex is right on the freeway, literally walking right on to 275 S.

in december mine and my fiances and our neighbors cars were broken into.

The people with larger dogs do not pick up the dog poo...

it is every where.

When it came to our rent I was very upset.

I found out the we were not offered the monthly special when we moved in and the OLD management said that it was our fault for not asking about any specials.

So we ended up paying almost 800.00 a month ( washer/dry and pet fee included), when another resident who had the same model same pet fee, washer dryer, was paying 699.00 a month.

Over all it is a fair place to live but with our rent being to high we are leaving to a cheaper monthly rated apartment.
