My apartment leaks, the roof leaks in the bedroom, when I called maintenance, they just came in and pushed a bigger hole in the ceiling to let it drain!!!!
I find many big spiders, and different kinds of bugs, (I am a very clean person)
The person above me has had the cops at his house many times, I have young teens ringing the "buzzer" to be let in the building after midnight..
they just push everyones until they get let in...
Everytime I call the office for anything, I get a different answer to the same question!
Winter plow isnt very good, parking is not plowed, and sidewalks are not salted or shoveled...
Units are VERY small, only 600 sq ft for one bdrm

No, I live in the back towards 275, Im honestly not sure How It leaked with someone above me, but it did. I have water spots and a big hole that maintence drilled so it could drain completely.

Thanks so much. Hopefully I have good experiences when I move in. I can't wait to get out of these apartments that I currently live in. I love that Autumn Ridge has private patios/balconys, washer and dryer in unit, and intercom entry. I'm ready to move now but can't break my lease.
