If you want your apartment entered at anytime and not notified this is a place for you. Even if you complain management will falsify documents to justify it. A big controversy went around about dogs on the premises. Being of ------- American got 30day notice about my dogs but other Caucasian residents not only currently still have the dogs on the premises but obviously not received a notice like me. When I discussed the matter with management I got called "Trash" numerous of times. I notified corporate and they also did nothing about it. So living here give management the right to call anything they want. I have also heard he called another ------- American girl nappy headed. This complex is nice but management is horrible and big liars. All the people who said something nice about this complex is either paid off by management to do so or could be Caucasian, because what I have experienced is treated better. I am not scared to hind who I am, what about all the anonymous one's who posted something good. Why hide it if you feel the way you do. Is it because the management is the one's telling you to keep posting things or there probably doing it there selves.

uhh... I'll be first to admit that I've had qualms with this place, too. but they should have told you right off the bat that dogs aren't allowed here. Only cats. So, really, it's your own damn fault for bringing something that isn't allowed on premises.

J. Keno, Since the manager cannot post anything on apartmentratings.com I am doing it. I know your story and the games you played. You called Canton Police and they told you CGA did nothing wrong. Then you filed a complaint with the States Attorney General and they told you CGA did nothing wrong. You talked with other attorneys (2nd hand information) and they told you CGA did nothing wrong. FACTS: 1. The lease states NO DOGS 2. The amendment to the lease states 2 cats are allowed no fee 3. The amendment states a fee of $250.00 per week if DOG is found. 4. The amendment states management can come into the unit during business hours without notice. 5. You had a dog (well on here you say ??DOGS??) 6. You set up an account at PETCO and stated it was your dog 7. Under HUD law if a person has a PAWS dog an apartment community has to allow the dog. 8. J. Keno has no information on who got letters and fines and who didn??t 9. The statement about -----Americans and as you put ??Caucasian?? more high school games! 10. Management never paid anyone to write anything on here. 11. Management cannot post over and over; due to the fact IP ADDRESSES are recorded. 12. Being called trash that??s wrong! Listening to the recording he told you if the unit is trashed from the dog you would have to pay for it. 13. J Keno tried to get other people in the community involved and it didn??t work and she lost 15 year relationships over it. 14. Management tried to be nice and take the fee off and remove 30 Day-Notice. 15. The manager??s god-baby is ------- American, Part of his family is, and a lot of his friends are. So, J Keno it shows very clear what really happen and the fact that you like to play little games and tell big lies only this time you??re going to have to go to court and prove every last word. Otherwise you??re going to be in a lot of hot water. Next time when you do something wrong and you??re found out made you should think twice, just a thought.

Thank You!!!You just won my lawsuit against them. Obviously, if your not management they been discussing my personal information with people outside the office again. I did not open NO PETCO ACCOUNT!!!Can't wait for that day in court with Dave Silver because I'm not going to waste my time suing an average employee!!!
