Not getting deposit back.. NO response from Corporate Office

I am so dissapointed but thankful we did not move to this property. I'm the same person who posted the note about not getting my deposit...I called the corporate office on Friday around lunch time, left a message and NO ONE has even bothered to call back. Although in the mean time, the check for our deposit did finally arrive, almost a month later. By the way because we never lived there I am not answering the survey!

We are so sorry that you misunderstood our policy and that it has caused an inconvenience to you both. We strive to make sure that everyone leaves Cinnamon Pointe happy--and are disheartened that you would feel this way-- Our policy clearly states that the Corporate Office has 30 days to return a check if a new applicant should so decide to not lease with us within the 72 hour grace period.
