I have been a resident for only 6 weeks. I have found the apartment to be quiet, clean, and the grounds are beautiful. I love my gorgeous view of the woods from my second floor doorwall. The small deck is spacious enough for a few chairs and small table.
The management and maitenence staff is professional and courteous. I needed repair on a closet door that had come off it's track. It was repaired promptly.

I especially enjoy the private entrance to my second floor apartment. The garage is a huge advantage, as is the full size washer and dryer inside the apartment. I also love the fact that there are no unsightly dumpsters. Every resident gets a garbage can and puts out their trash as you would at a condo or house.
I would enjoy having a recycling bin, and hope that will be something management looks into.


Cinnamon Pointe can easily be mistaken for a condominium community.
I was especially pleased with the discounted rent being offered for signing an 18 month lease.
I hope my stay here continues to be enjoyable.
If management continues to screen applicants, as they appear to do, this will be a great living experience for any tenant.
I had put a deposit down at Village Green in Canton, and then found Cinnamon Pointe. I am so very glad I found this complex!
