Cinnamon Pointe is too small and very poorly constructed!!! The negative reviews state this so please take heed!!! I would not say that the staff is rude or obnoxious so please do realize that this is not a negative review to retaliate against any staff member. It is very difficult to see my building because of the garages that are positioned in front of my complex and so it is very difficult to give others directions to my place. The developers of Cinnamon Pointe have put so many units and garages in a small area of land that it is very crowded and very limited parking. They also constructed the inside of the buildings in a manner that the stairway is off center with regard to the front door, so we had to hire several moving companies to move our furniture through the front door because others did not succeed due to the unusual angle. There is also a huge dog feces issue because too many of the residents do not clean up after their pets. I would not recommend this place to any person who has large furniture, is looking for convenient parking, wants an accomodating apartment space (sq footage), needs a place that is more spacious with regard to the proximity of other units and/or garages or expects clean pathways to their respective vehicles.

I completely dissagree. I found moving into my apartment o.k. I certainly did not spend my money on several different movers, just one. They made it work and with any staircases some thinking outside of the box will have to happen. I once owned a one bedroom home that had an additional bedroom in the basement, I couldn't even fit my box spring down the stairs and ended up piling books up and then putting my matress on top. Guess what, I didn't hate the house as I am the one who bought it. Talking about parking, in what apartments or condo's is there ever enough?
