I relocated from another city to Canton, Michigan and I cannot begin to describe how helpful the entire staff at Cinnamon Pointe, namely Jodi, the Property Manager, has been during this transition. They go above and beyond their duties to accomodate resident's requests.

I have rented a two bedroom, two full-bath unit (2nd floor unit) that is impeccably clean with every amenity that I could possibly desire. Each unit provides a full-size washer and dryer and a one car enclosed garage as well.

The grounds are well maintained, the noise level is sooooo low, it is difficult to believe that I have neighbors! (although I have met them all and they are all very nice)...

There is also a full club-house with a inground pool and a work out room available to residents 24/7.

I had shopped around in Canton prior to choosing Cinnamon Pointe. The old saying "you get what you pay for" definately proves itself here at Cinnamon Pointe.

The proximity to Ford Road, Palmer Road, and the highway was another huge benefit and selling point for me as well. DO NOT HESTITATE to rent here at Cinnamon Pointe. Surely, you will be glad that you did.

As a resident of Cinnamon Pointe, I wrote a completely unbiased review of my experience leasing here thus far. Although babysitting other's children may be rewarding, I highly doubt I could afford to live here on a babysitter's salary. Actually, I own my own company - I relocated to Canton to open a new office. I will reiterate again, I am a Resident and I AM TELLING MY STORY. p.s. how pathetic that you responded anonymously.
