My husband and I have been looking at apartments in the Canton, Michigan area--and none so impressed us as did those at Cinnamon Pointe. We feel we may just have found our "home"--and cannot begin to describe the warmth extended towards us by Vanessa, the site manager. She took time out of her busy schedule to show us apartments when we dropped by unexpectedly. We were also impressed by the beautifully, landscaped grounds and the beautiful floor plans. A beautiful place!

I hate it here, been living her for about 2yrs, in the beginning a dream place to live, every since new management...I wouldn't recommend a dog live here,,that's how they treat you like dogs..club house is never open, they for ever putting notes on your door, there fake and phony. I'm looking for a place as I type

I agree with this person. The old managment was much better and things actually got done. Now a days it takes weeks and months for any maintanance issues if they remember at all. Also I'm still waiting for my padio to get powerwashed, I beleive we got the note stating that would be done in May.

You guys read my mind since moving in we have had a leak in our bedroom ceiling, no electricity in master bedroom for 2 days, no hot water on 2 separate occasions, problems with appliances, could not enter gym, could not open garage, when I called about these issues I was sent to voicemail and when they called back it took along time to resolve. I still cant get into the gym and getting in the garage is a crap shoot
