I am writing this review to give an honest opinion so that somebody doesn't make the same mistake that I did. When we moved in cinnamon point it had a great reputation for customer service. Shortly after moving in, the property was sold and things changed quickly. The new managemnt does not run things smoothly and this has a big impact on us as renters. We pay higher rent here because it is considered to be a "luxury" comunity, but there's nothing luxury about having a gym that you can't get into or paying for a garage that does not open a lot of the time. The grounds are very nice and the complex is attractive, but at the price you pay it is not worth it.
The way the upstairs apartments are set up makes it almost impossible to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter causing the utiliity bills to be double what they should be. There is little storage in the actual apartment including no linen closets. The appliances are very low budget and as we found out are at the end of their life. Over the summer I was left a note 2 different weekends stating that they were going to powerwash the balcony so I put my outdoor furniture into my cramped living room and no one ever came.
The problems that we had would not have been so bad if dealt with correctly by the management. The staff is very unhelpful beyond getting you to sign the lease. You are on your own here. We've been here a very short time and have seen many people come and go. I am planning on leaving soon myself and cannot be any more relieved to put this part of my life in the past.
