Not So Great Expectations

I moved to Cinnamon Pointe recently and I am very dissapointed. I was really excited about coming here because of the great location and the pretty surroundings, but after moving in I became very unsatisfied with the apartment & the management here. I have had numerous problems the short time that I have been living here and no one seems to care, when I call the office all I ever get is the voice mail and Jodi (the manager) is NEVER in nor does she return phone calls. I wouldn't recomend this place to family or friends, it is defintley not close to being worth the money. There's a lot of problems with the gym, garages, and management here. Also very expensive to heat and the parking is terrible. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Every 6 months the management team at Cinnamon Pointe sends out a resident satisfaction survey and of the survey's returned to us, all of them have been positive results. I am sorry to hear your are dissatisfied and I would invite you to call me on my mobile phone that has been given to each resident and it is also identified in the monthly newsletter. Also, we can send you a survey to complete or you can submit a letter to our office regarding any issues in your home. Our staff will work as quickly as possible to remedy your concerns. So sorry to read that a new resident feels they are getting such poor service from management. On the "reverse side of the coin", I can honestly say that since we moved in a few months ago, we've had nothing but extremely positive experiences with management and with the maintenance staff. We've found them to be very responsive and willing to do whatever is needed in a timely manner. Jodi has always been caring and respectful towards us, as well. We are truly enjoying being residents at Cinnamon Pointe--and we can't wait until spring to see the beautiful, colorful landscaping come to life again! Our only regret is that the garages are a bit too small to pull into easily or without the risk of scratching our car mirror. :)

Cinnamon Pointe Management - stop kidding yourself that you are providing great service. I doubt you have a 100% of the survesy returned. Your attention to basic English is representative of not doing your job - it's surveys (pural) not survey's (possessive). It's time you match your service to your luxury name.
